On the 4th of April, my group mates and I met up to discuss about the proposal. We discussed on the task we would like to split for that week. We also discussed about logistics and what type of food we would like to provide our fellow classmates for this module. At first, we planned to create a google form to allow the other students who are participating in this module to be able to vote what they would like for breakfast, lunch and high tea. I made the google form which includes the choices of food and the name of the student and all the other info we need for making the choice to buy what the students want to eat. However, we think that it might be over our budget so we ended up not going for that idea.

The group proposal was presented last friday which is the 26th April 2019. I think overall the group proposal was good. We presented our proposal and we shared the links to our social medias(facebook,twitter and instagram). When I presented, I tried to encourage the classto help to spread awareness for this project by sharing in their social media. The feedback I have received were to avoid words that may have the potential to hurt other people's feelings. So, we were told to change the way we phrase our words in a way that can still touch people's hearts in a better way.
